When we started looking into air conditioning for our own properties, we ran into something that surprised us — not the cost itself, but the complete lack of clarity around it. Every installer had a different number. Nobody could explain why. Quotes came days later, if at all. And when the tradesman finally showed up, the price on the day was rarely what was discussed over the phone.
We asked around and realised this was not just our experience. It was everyone's.

Most of our residential jobs are single split systems in bedrooms or living areas for homeowners in Sydney's western and inner-western suburbs, and Brisbane's southern suburbs — older brick homes, and modern townhouses. People who've had a quote from a traditional installer and wondered why it felt so vague.
Investment Property Owners
You have one or more investment properties and need air conditioning work done without being on-site yourself. You need a clear scope, a fixed price, and a tradesman who can get the job done on a scheduled day without you coordinating everything in person.
We work with landlords and investors across both cities. We can liaise with tenants directly for access coordination, and our Comfort Report gives you a written record of what was installed and how it's performing.
