What counts as a standard install?

Single-storey home, pipe run under 3 metres, existing switchboard has enough capacity, standard wall mounting. If your situation is different, we'll quote the add-onsclearly before you pay anything.

 How long does installation take?

Most installs are done in 3–5 hours. We clean up after ourselves and do a full test run before we leave.

Do I need to be home during installation?

Yes — someone 18+ needs to be present for access and for us to hand over the remote and walk you through the system.

What if my home needs extra work?

We'll tell you upfront — before you pay. All add-ons are quoted transparently after reviewing your photos. No surprises on the day.
